Ingredients:

1 salmon fillet (150–200g per person)

Salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika or chili flakes

Mango-Avocado Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1 ripe avocado, diced

¼ red onion, finely chopped

Juice of ½ lime

Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Grill on a pan or outdoor grill for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
