Grilled Salmon with Mango Avocado Salsa – Healthy Summer Dinner

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet (150–200g per person)

  • Salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika or chili flakes

  • 1 tsp olive oil

Mango-Avocado Salsa:

  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Grill on a pan or outdoor grill for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.

  3. While the salmon cooks, mix all salsa ingredients gently.

  4. Serve the salmon topped with fresh salsa.

Why it’s great: Rich in omega-3s, hydrating from the salsa, and perfect for a light but satisfying dinner.
