
Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)

½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

½ cup fresh blueberries

2 tbsp granola (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:

In a glass or bowl, layer half the yogurt, then half the berries, and sprinkle a spoonful of granola.

Repeat the layers.

Top with chia seeds and a drizzle of honey or syrup if desired.

Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or refrigerate for a few minutes for a chilled treat.
