Healthy Summer Greek Yogurt Parfait with Fresh Berries and Granola

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • 2 tbsp granola (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half the yogurt, then half the berries, and sprinkle a spoonful of granola.

  2. Repeat the layers.

  3. Top with chia seeds and a drizzle of honey or syrup if desired.

  4. Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or refrigerate for a few minutes for a chilled treat.

Why it’s great: High in protein, antioxidants, and fiber. Perfectly refreshing without being heavy.
